Hmmm...yes, this is super timely and interesting. Clearly publishing a memoir...it's not complete when the book is born into the world, the day it is released. That is when the real work of sharing it with the world begins. Makes sense that blogs would be the same way. How do you do this organically? More as a service than as pushing or jamming it out there? Would love to hear more.

I think the secret lies in each individual's motivation — where are you motivated to bring your work into the world and how often. In a few hours we'll dive into specific places and ways to "nudge" your work back into conversation, and I think you'll see in the examples I'm trying to encourage a posture of generosity and curiosity as the foundation of what amounts to promoting our work. You can create a system (some folks need the structure) or you can make a bucket of ideas that you intuitively draw from for a set amount of times per week. We'll dive into this in the Creative Lab, too.

Yes, I like the structure of posting every Monday and Thursday. The consistency there really helps. I'm new and continually learning how to engage in the notes, and to keep the conversation going. That is what I'm most interested in...being in the conversation.
